Frova's return and exchange policy

At Frova, we strive to provide our customers with an easy and convenient shopping experience, and we hope you enjoy everything our website offers. Frova guarantees its customers complete satisfaction with its products, and in the unlikely event that a customer is not satisfied, they are entitled to an exchange or return.

Return and exchange policies:

  1. The customer has the right to request a return and exchange of our products within a maximum of 5 days from the date of receipt.

  2. The product must be in the same condition as when received and packaged.

  3. Products cannot be returned or exchanged after the outer packaging has been opened.

  4. The replacement product will be sent after we receive the replacement product from the shipping company.

  5. Fees are calculated at 20 riyals within Riyadh and 35 riyals outside Riyadh.

  6. If delivery was free because the order exceeded the free delivery limit, and the total order after modification falls below the limit, the delivery fee must be paid.

  7. When the entire order is returned, the return fee and previous shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
